Contact the Support Center at 256.831.EARS (3277) or 877.441.EARS (3277) toll-free, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. You can also use the Contact Us form to request information. If you request an emergency alert radio through the Contact Us form, please include your street address and county along with a valid phone number and email address in case we need to contact you.
